coming from Quakertown, i've been on the PA turnpike way too many times to count and i don't think i've ever seen windmills. where exactly on the pothole infested turnpike was this picture taken?

This pic was taken on the western part of the turnpike somewhere between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg. You can see some more windmills on the NE extension just south of Scranton, I think.
